My recent stay at the Memory exceeded all my stringent expectations and left me thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, particularly by heating the reception area during an exceptionally cold period. Our room on the 5th floor featured a super soft bed that provided us with a perfect retreat after our explorations around town. I also appreciated the small touches, like the well-stocked mini-bar and electric kettle, which made it easy to unwind with a warm drink. The experience was delightful, culminating in a generous breakfast that fueled our adventures and seamless arrangements for our bus tickets back to Hanoi.
